Responsible to your belongings. One of the big challenge during the moving, loading and transportation is furniture safety. Some of the items like TV, expensive appliances, fragile items, furniture made of glass, art, etc. fall into the risky group. Transportation of those items require special attention and accuracy. We pack them with extra caution and follow the precaution steps.
All Canadian moving companies, by law, are required to assume liability for transporting goods.
At iQ Moving, we self-insure your household items with basic coverage. Your basic insurance coverage $0.60 per lb. per item is included in a moving cost at no extra fee.
This coverage is more comprehensive and also much better for you financially. This insurance needs to be obtained prior to the actual moving day. Contact your Insurance Agent to check if your households covered while in transit / moving.

The comprehensive amount for the move will consist of:
- Hourly rate, based on manpower involved
